Supply chain management deals with the management of the flow of goods and services between businesses and locations, including the movement and storage of raw materials, of work-in-process inventory, and of finished goods as well as end-to-end order fulfillment from point of origin to point of consumption. 十大最大的网络彩票平台’s program provides students with the knowledge and skills to design and manage global supply chains during the entire life cycle of a product from design to 分布. • Apply contemporary principles and frameworks for integrating processes and 可持续性 practices in 供应链管理 for value creation.
• Identify and synthesize information to build metrics and dashboards to drive decision making, demonstrating supply chain competencies and measuring supply chain performance, including cost and price management.
• Demonstrate knowledge of 供应链管理 and apply the Six Sigma methodologies of DMAIC and build a portfolio in preparation for three industry certifications (four examinations): Certified in Production and 库存管理 (CPIM – CPIM1&CPIM2 APICS), Certification in 物流, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD -APICS), & Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB – ASQ) exams.
